All Fee Assistance Pass Program participants will receive a pass card which encompasses the following passes: Archery, Cross-Country Ski, Disc Golf, Dog Off-Leash Area, and Horse Trails. One pass card will be provided for each Household member. If you are renewing your pass, your benefits will be re-loaded onto your existing card. Carry the cards on you when you participate in these activities; if asked, present the card to staff and they can scan it to see that you have that pass included on your card.

There are also additional optional passes that you can choose. Please see the list of optional passes below with links to information where those passes can be used in the parks:

Swim Pond Season Pass (located at Lake Minnetonka Regional Park in Minnetrista and Elm Creek Park Reserve in Maple Grove) - https://www.threeriversparks.org/activity/swimming (scroll down to the "Swim Pond" section of the page).

I acknowledge that benefits must be used as intended and can be revoked if misused. I understand that benefits are intended to be used only by members of my household, residing at the same address, who have been listed on this application. Equipment is intended to be rented for the duration that it will actively be used and should be promptly returned when no longer in use.

I acknowledge that benefits have not been granted until I receive confirmation from Three Rivers Park District that my application was approved. Please allow 1-2 weeks for a response.

I acknowledge that Fee Assistance Pass Program cards must be renewed every three years.

I understand that if my application is approved, I must carry my pass card to the parks to use the benefits.

I understand that if my application is approved, I must wear the provided SWIM PASS BRACELET when using the swim ponds.

I understand that if my application is approved, I must display the BOAT TRAILER PARKING HANGTAG in my vehicle.

I understand that if my application is approved, I must display the SNOWMOBILE TRAILER PARKING HANGTAG in my vehicle.
