Three Rivers Park District: Transportation Fee Assistance
The Transportation Fee Assistance program is designed to connect people with park programs and natural spaces, with an emphasis on those with demonstrated financial need and those who are underrepresented in the parks.

Please note:
1. Funds are not pre-approved until you have received an approval email from Three Rivers staff with additional instructions. Please allow 1-2 week response time.
2. Completing this form does NOT reserve a program. Please call 763.559.6700 or visit https://www.threeriversparks.org/page/teachers-and-youth-leaders to learn more about how to reserve programs for your group.
3. Completing this form does NOT reserve a bus/van for your group. Group leaders are responsible for arranging transportation.
4. This is a reimbursement program. If you are awarded Transportation Fee Assistance, Three Rivers will reimburse the group/school for the transportation service following the visit.
5. Transportation Fee Assistance is limited to 2 trips per group during each granting period (September - August annually). For schools, one grade level = one group regardless of size.

I understand that if my group is awarded Transportation Fee Assistance, it is my responsibility to provide an invoice from the school/organization to the designated Three Rivers Staff within 4 weeks following the funded transportation. Three Rivers Staff will then pay the invoice within 1 month. Failure to provide an invoice within 4 weeks may result in transportation funds not being reimbursed.

Please Note: Transportation Fee Assistance is restricted to organizations in Hennepin or Scott County. Groups that are not from Hennepin or Scott County are unfortuntately not eligible to receive assistance.
